Product Use Context
These Terms apply to Bamboo Shelf: Panda Puzzle in the context of its app presentation. The theme and interface are part of the entertainment experience and do not create external ownership or transferable rights unless a separate official notice says so.
Use the app only for ordinary personal access and do not interfere with security, availability, advertising, measurement, or support systems.
Who May Access the App

Account Management

Michael Magdy owns all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in Bamboo Shelf: Panda Puzzle and its content, globally.
Permitted Uses: You're welcome to share gameplay clips, screenshots, and reviews on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. We love seeing players share their experience!
Prohibited: Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works of Bamboo Shelf: Panda Puzzle content without prior written consent from Michael Magdy.

Your Responsibility for Claims
You agree to defend and indemnify Michael Magdy against claims arising from your actions in Bamboo Shelf: Panda Puzzle.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Michael Magdy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Bamboo Shelf: Panda Puzzle use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.
We may choose to handle the defense of indemnified claims ourselves. If we do, you agree to cooperate fully and not to settle the claim without our written consent.

Handling Legal Disputes

Before filing any formal claim, contact us at our support team with a description of your dispute. We aim to resolve issues informally within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will proceed to binding individual arbitration, conducted in English, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or mass action lawsuit or arbitration against Michael Magdy.
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.

Terminating Access
These Terms continue until terminated. Here's how that process works.
You have the right to stop using Bamboo Shelf: Panda Puzzle and close your account at any time without penalty. Email our support team to request account deletion.
Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your license ends immediately, virtual assets in your account are forfeited (if terminated for cause), and survival provisions continue in force.
Service Shutdown: Michael Magdy reserves the right to discontinue Bamboo Shelf: Panda Puzzle entirely. We'll provide reasonable advance notice of any planned shutdown.

Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the following legal jurisdiction.
The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Michael Magdy is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
Venue: You agree that any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be filed in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.
EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

Updating Our Terms
We review our Terms periodically and update them when needed. Here's our update process.
We distinguish between material and minor changes. For material updates (new data practices, new fees, IP rights changes), we provide at least 14 days of advance notice via in-app notification.
Changes take effect on the date specified. Continuing to use Bamboo Shelf: Panda Puzzle after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
You always have the option to discontinue use if you disagree with revised Terms. Your continued use is acceptance; departure is always an option.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Notice and any supplemental terms incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Michael Magdy with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
No Waiver
The Company's failure or delay in exercising any right, power, or privilege under this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power, or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof.
Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company may freely assign its rights and obligations hereunder in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all of its assets.
Electronic Communications
By using the Application, you consent to receiving electronic communications from the Company. You agree that all notices and communications sent electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Language
This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Safety Advisory
Certain light patterns or flickering visuals may cause epileptic seizures in some players. If you or a family member has a history of photosensitive epilepsy or seizures, please consult a doctor before using this app.
If you experience any of the following while playing Bamboo Shelf: Panda Puzzle: dizziness, distorted vision, eye or muscle twitching, unconsciousness, confusion, any involuntary movement, or convulsions — stop playing immediately if you experience these symptoms and consult a doctor.
